Good news for tech lovers! Panasonic has come up with a unique LCD projector to provide us with a projection experience that is simply out of the world! Panasonic Systems Communications Company Europe (PSCEU) has recently announced the release of a Digital Link compatible projector that has brightness as high as 4,300 lumens and a WXGA Resolution.

With this you are sure to experience a long distance digital connection without any complicated wires spoiling the look of your house. Students and people working in the corporate field can make best use of this. It also helps you omit the cabling costs. Isn’t that amazing? What could be a better deal than this?

The Panasonic LCD projected has been designed to provide you with uncompressed HD video, audio and control commands. All this with just one Cat5e/6 LAN cable. The projector comes with an in built plated micro cut filter that helps in increasing the replacement cycle up to 4000 hours. This is worth appreciating, isn’t it? Oh my god! I almost forgot to mention the sensor in the projector that detects and measures the amount of ambient light. I think with so many good things in one device, it becomes a must have for most of us.

Now let’s see what Hartmut Kulessa, Marketing Manager Projectors, PSCEU has to say about this amazing device. He says “We’re always looking for ways to improve the user experience with our projectors. With rapid adoption of HDBaseT embedded products across the industry within a variety of audio/video (AV) markets, all with the end purpose of providing solutions for these common installation challenges, we saw a need to support the technology with our projectors.” Hartmut continues: “By providing the first projector launch with Digital Link compatibility, we are leading the market into a new era of simple, yet dependable connectivity.” Dror Jerushalmi, CEO and co-founder, Valens Semiconductor had similar stories to tell us.

The PT-VW431D offers installation flexibility for portable and ceiling mounted applications. The 1.6x manual zoom lens allows wide range projection from 2.5m (8.2ft) to 4.1m (13.5ft). Furthermore, the PT-VW431D features vertical lens shift function, which moves the image position +48% vertically without distorting the image quality.

The PT-VW431D and ET-YBF100 will be available in October 2012.

Dror says “The adoption of HDBaseT technology by industry leaders such as Panasonic confirms HDBaseT’s status as the de facto standard for digital connectivity in the industry, Device adoption in the professional AV space marks a significant step in HDBaseT’s migration to the consumer electronics market.” So are you convinced yet that the Panasonic LCD Projector is the best we have in the world?

AIRPod: A magical Air-Powered Car worth $10,000

Posted: 21 Aug 2012 09:34 AM PDT

Looks like the concern for public health and environment is increasing among people. The sudden springing up of this concern has led to many environment friendly steps like banning of plastic. Now it's time to abandon your car and drive an AIRPod! Wondering what that is? It's an eco friendly car that allows you to forget about petrol prices.

Adding up to this is its small size and fewer prices which make your life easier in a metropolitan city. Imagine driving with a joystick that costs you not more than one euro per 200 kilometers. Can anything in this world get cheaper than that? AIRPod is the culmination of MDI studies on pollution & urban mobility and is the first of its kind and probably the only one for years to come. This is the only vehicle that weighs less than 500kg. Now you know why I called it the only one of its kind.

AIRPod is part of the MDI production licence of “less than 500kg vehicles”, and will be manufactured on original production concept proposed by MDI. MDI’s (Motor Development International) air engine technology is successfully tested on Tata Motors vehicles.

Q&A on MDI.lu’s AirPod with Cyril Negre 1 of 2:

If yours is a small nuclear family, the AIRPod is best suited for you. This car has four seats which can accommodate three adults and a kid. Since it's a tiny car, it can accommodate itself anywhere which means you will never have parking issues. The small stature of the car makes it best suited for the private and public sectors. Airports, train stations and municipalities, the Post, factory handling and delivery roads and small logistics.

So? Don't you want to own it? Well I guess for that you have to wait until it is released in the market and the price is announced!
