Once payment has been made, an SMS notification containing the eTicket will be sent to the customer, which they can scan on bCode machines located at the cinema lobbies to instantly print the movie ticket. Moviegoers are assured of a safe and easy transaction, as the eTicket service is compatible with any mobile phone, securely reading and authenticating the SMS-based encrypted codes from the handset screen using the interactive 3G-enabled scanning terminals. SM Cinemoblie is also available for IMAX Theatres and SM Digital Theaters. If the moviegoers want to treat their loved ones to a movie, all they have to do is send the SMS notification containing the eTicket to their relatives or friends so that they may claim and use the tickets for themselves.
