Samsung revealed a new solid state drive (SSD) with storage space 100GB and 200GB. It’s an enterprise solution to replace the old hard disk drive (HDD) with low power consumption.

This 2.5-inch Samsung FlashSSD built with 40 nm SLC NAND flash chips, the random read at 47000 input/output per second(IOPS) and random writes 29000 IOPS with the read data sequential up to 260MB/s and write speed up to 245 MB/s. Also there’s another option storage from 50GB, 100GB and 120GB but the price is not available yet.
