Leaks are common these days as every few days one or the other build of Windows 7 is out.Once these leaks are out what users do is go and search for their favorite torrent sites for the torrent and download them without bothering to check the MD5 hashes and check sums.What effect has this on the Windows your are downloading ?You might know that the ones downloaded from torrents are infected with trojans or malwares.

One option would be is to check for the hashes and check sums using MD5 Checker which compares the hashes and gives you the result.Another option would be using Windows 7 ISO verifier developed by Long Zheng and Sven Groot.Its a very small file(253KB) capable for checking the hashes of the ISO builds and validates the ISO.

You just have to drag the ISO and it does the calculations generates a hash, then it will compare it with a list of known and trustworthy hashes of ISO’s to tell you exactly which build version and architecture it is.When it's finished,the app will indicate whether your build is legit or not, and the build version.
