Michael Jackson tribute performance by Filipino prisoners from Cebu, Philippines (CPRDC) Posted: 28 Jun 2009 10:40 AM PDT This video is a tribute performance for the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, by Filipino prisoners (1,500 of them) from the Cebu Provincial Rehabilitation and Detention Center (CPRDC) based in Cebu Philippines. I guess they couldn’t do a “Smooth Criminal” performance since they don’t have those patented shoes that Michael Jackson used. In this video, they dance to various Michael Jackson tunes such as “Ben”, “I’ll Be There” and “We Are the World”. These Filipino prisoners have previously performed “Thriller”, which can be seen below. Again, R.I.P. Michael Jackson. See also:

Sony VAIO P Glossy Black Limited Edition, limited to 1,000 customers Posted: 27 Jun 2009 08:00 PM PDT Sony has recently launched their VAIO Signature Selection which features limited edition colors for various laptop/notebook models which come with bumped up specifications. The VAIO P gets a Glossy Black finish instead of the usual Onyx Black and gets a processor speed bump from 1.33Ghz to 1.86Ghz. The price got raised up a lot too! While not as fast as the flagship Japan-available Sony VAIO P which clocks in at 2.0Ghz, the 1.86Ghz on the Glossy Black Limited Edition Sony VAIO P is the best that American consumers can get. A 256GB SSD is the main hard drive. The Sony VAIO P Glossy Black Limited Edition is priced at $1999.99. Unfortunately, Sony USA still isn’t offering a Windows XP SP3 downgrade option. You’re stuck with Windows Vista. This limited edition device will only be available to 1,000 customers. [via Sony Style] See also:
