Google Search Gets Even Better with Instant Previews

Posted: 13 Nov 2010 10:36 AM PST

Google Search experience is getting better and better as the time goes, a few weeks ago Google introduced the Google Instant feature with real time search results while typing the search term.

If thats not enough for you well ,it gets only better now,a few days ago google started a new feature called Instant Preview.

Instant Previews provides a graphic overview of a search result and highlights the most relevant sections, making finding the right page as quick and easy as flipping through a magazine. To use it, click once on the magnifying glass next to the title of any search result and a visual overview of the page will appear on the right. From there, hover your cursor over any other result to see a preview.

Samsung Windows Phone7 Supports Tethering

Posted: 12 Nov 2010 09:32 PM PST

Before the Windows Phone 7 launch there were many speculations about the tethering support for the Phone, some of the officials claimed to have the support in built with devices but later on the official statement retracted the same.

But a couple of days ago someone over HDBlog.it discovered the hidden feature for the tethering support in Samsung Windows Phone 7 devices .

All you have to do is to tweak your samsung phone settings a bit entering number ##634# which will open a test mode, then type in the code * # 7284 # and hitting the call will allow to choose options ,Select “Tethered” (after which the phone will be restarted).Thats pretty much it,just plug in the device to USB and wait for driver installation.

This feature works on Samsung Focus and Omnia 7.Though we haven’t yet got any news about other devices from manufactures like HTC ,LG and Dell for such a support. We can just hope that someone figures out if there’s support for other manufactures as well.Till then we have to play the waiting game.
