Reliance Big plans to acquires 50% stake in Codemasters

This is some interesting news for gamers and online game enthus.Reliance Big Entertainment has stepped into giving gaming a boost has purchased a 50% stake in independent British developer Codemasters, remember GRID and Dirt 2 right ? Codemasters would operate under Reliance’s Zapak Digital Entertainment division, described as India’s largest gaming company.

Zapak is the largest gaming company in India, with interests in online casual games, publishing massively multiplayer online games (MMOG), India's largest chain of gaming cafes and physical distribution of gaming software. Zapak also controls Jump Games, an award winning international mobile game development and publishing company with global distribution across Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.
