Impressive Court of Kunsthof Dresden. Posted: 14 Mar 2010 07:24 AM PDT The Dresden Kunsthof is a courtyard in the house Gorlitz 25, Alaunstraße, Dresden, designed by architect Heike Böttcher, a project developed by Ginko Ltd that was completed in 1999. The court consists of a set of smaller farms, such as the 'Court of the water (blue-colored facade and downspouts), Court of the animals (a grass-green facade with giraffes and monkeys), and Court of light (a yellow facade with aluminum sheets)'. What makes these farms more special and interesting is the combination of art and architecture, and their own design theme. The courtyard called Kunsthofpassage has many interesting buildings, shops, and restaurants and it's a highly recommendable place to visit in Dresden. (Image: Credit). (Image: Credit).
