It has several models using Intel Core i7-620M (2.66 GHz) processor, Intel Core i5-520M (2.4 GHz) processor, or Intel Core i5-540M (2.53 GHz).
Another features of ThinkPad X201 like Intel HD integrated GPU, up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, up to 500GB of HDD or 128GB of SSD.
