| Nokia GPS Navigation Mobile Phone Posted: 25 Jan 2010 03:35 PM PST Nokia has announced its intention to launch a new version of Ovi Nokia Maps for smartphones, which includes foot upscale and car navigation at no additional charge, available for download on the website of Nokia Maps.
This initiative has the potential to almost double the size of the current market for mobile navigation. The new version of Nokia Maps Ovi includes a luxury car and navigation features for pedestrians such as turn-by-turn voice guidance in 74 countries in 46 languages, and traffic information for more than 10 countries and as detailed maps for more than 180 countries. For Nokia, eliminating costs associated with GPS navigation for drivers and pedestrians allows the company to quickly activate a massive user base to which it may offer new features location, content and services. | Microsoft Merges Zune & Xbox Teams Games Posted: 25 Jan 2010 06:35 AM PST The Redmond giant has announced a major reorganization of its Entertainment & Devices (E & B) by moving the unit Zune software / services, Mediaroom IPTV and Media Center in its Interactive Entertainment Business (IEB), which lies within E & B and handles Xbox, Games for Windows and Microsoft Game Studios.
