The first key models will be launched are Acer Be Touch E101 and Acer Neo Touch S200.Windows Mobile, one of India's fastest selling Smart phone OS, includes new features and tools in smart phones while maintaining unrivaled flexibility, productivity and customization. Some new features in Windows Mobile include support for rich HTML e-mail, increased functionality within Microsoft Office Outlook Mobile and Office Mobile programs, and improved security and device management for IT managers. Customers also get access to more than 20,000 applications, including Microsoft 'My Phone' that allows users to access, manage and back up their personal information on their device to a password-protected Web-based service. Here is me, Siddanth wishing all my Tech Mania readers a very happy Diwali.Let me give you a small info on what Diwali festival is and how it is celebrated in India.It’s called the Festival of lights.On this auspicious occasion we normally see everyone lighting up diyas and firing up crackers.Across many parts of India and Nepal, it is the homecoming of Rama after a 14-year exile in the forest and his victory over Ravana. In the legend, the people of Ayodhya (the capital of his kingdom) welcomed Rama by lighting rows (avali) of lamps (d?pa), thus its name Dipawali. On the day of Diwali / Deepavali, many wear new clothes and share sweets and snacks. History goes by this as there are 5 important days.Diwali starts from the 11th day of the dark fortnight of ‘Aaso’ (the last month of the Hindu calender) 11th day: ‘Agyarash’ – The auspicious start of the holy festival of Diwali 12th day: ‘Vaak-Baarash’ – Worship to the Goddess Saraswati (Goddess of Wisdom) and all takes place 13th day: ‘Dhan-Terash’ – Worship to the Goddess Laxmi (Goddess of Wealth) is done.Here people go and buy gold items or bronze utensils as these are considered to be lucky.So people shop a lot on these days. 14th day: ‘Kaali-Chaudash’ – Worship to the Goddess Kaalika (Destructor of Sins) is done 15th day: ‘Diwali’ – The grand finale. Last day of the Hindu year. 1st day of the bright fortnight of the first month, Kaartak, marks the commencement of the Hindu New Year.
