| A Glass Frog Discovered in an Ecuador Expedition Posted: 17 Jun 2009 06:53 PM PDT The image below of a glass frog is actually one of the interesting species discovered in a recent Ecuador expedition in the forests. Glass frogs are not new to science, but this particular one is among the endangered species list. These frogs are endangered not because of the humans: the chytrid fungus that inhabits their home kills these amphibians. As you can see, this particular see through frog has a translucent skin and you can easily see its internal organs. Its scientific name is Hyalinobatrachium pellucidum. This glass frog is among the twelve new species which were found in the expedition. The salamander which looked like an E.T. was also another one of the expedition's interesting discovery.

| Posted: 17 Jun 2009 04:23 AM PDT Interested in knowing iPhone 3.0 release time? According to Apple iPhone website, this software is to be released today June 17. However, there isn't any particular time when this download will be available. IPhone 3.0 boasts of new features, so it seemed to be a worthy software upgrade. Cut, copy and pasting text between applications are now possible. Landscape keyboard makes it easier to type. Sending MMS can be done. Spotlight search offers a one-stop search which visits every application on the phone for the search item, so the user does not need to hop from one application to another. Voice memos convert an iPhone to a sound recorder that can record meetings. The Enhanced Stocks App is something that will also be useful to owners who are into the Stock Market trade. Those are just some of those exciting new features; you can actually see more of those in Apple iPhone software update page. The added MMS capability is sure to attract people who had been greatly turned off by this lack of feature. Wait, before you go, check these out:
