| Killzone 2 Resident Evil 5 Games PS3 Sixaxis Claims Posted: 10 Apr 2009 06:44 AM PDT Remember Takeuchi June on the PS3 Sixaxis joystick ‘are not sensitive enough for Resident Evil 5? It had everything to do with the FPS view and then Killzone 2 came along and somehow made his comments irrelevant.
An article by GamerAccess addressed this issue and highlighted the fact that the developer Guerilla Games has implemented in the Sixaxis functions Killzone 2 to great effect. Whether you realize it or not, players are able to control the movement of the sniper rifle using Sixaxis motion control. It is completely optional, but requires greater accuracy and sensitivity than using an analog stick. So if the producer of Resident Evil 5 could make these claims on the PS3 pad and then Killzone 2 to give these allegations wrong, something must be going wrong somewhere huh?
