| Yates's Filing Cabinet Skyscraper And Cardboard Work Tower. Posted: 01 Feb 2010 03:35 AM PST Filing Cabinet Skyscraper: The seven-story tall sculpture is the creation of artist Yates. What makes this so unique and interesting is the fact that this 65- foot tall skyscraper is made entirely of filing cabinets. Officially the largest filing cabinet in the world, this 65 ft tall office cabinet actually serves a purpose, of sorts. It contains a dismantled sports car, the parts organized, labeled and filed in the drawers, heaviest to lightest. This installation utilizes 50 medium size brown cardboard boxes piled on top of one another. The top most box is left open with nothing inside it. ![]() ![]() Other Posts:Tree Inspired Designs.
