One of the Style Network’s most-anticipated and hit reality series “Giuliana & Bill” returns with season five as they face their toughest challenge yet — Giuliana's breast cancer and is all set to premiere tomorrow, April 3 at 8PM ET/PT. Immediately after this premiere – Giuliana & Bill Rancic will be hosting a live video chat with their fans at 9PM ET/PT on Mystyle.com

"Giuliana & Bill," returns for a Fifth Season

Giuliana Rancic to Star and Executive Produce a Series of PSAs Focused on Breast Cancer Awareness as Part of the Latest Chapter of the Style Network's "Fight with Style" Campaign to Air this April.

As they have done with all of life's obstacles, the couple continues their vow – 'in sickness and in health' – to stand together. Viewers will get an intimate look into Giuliana's journey as she returns to work, leaving Bill to find balance with their new houseguests – Giuliana's parents, Anna and Eduardo. Additionally, this season will celebrate the couple's achievements, such as the opening of their restaurant RPM Italian in Chicago, which features many of Giuliana's mother's, Mamma DePandi's, recipes and leads the couple to look for a new home in Chicago. As their immediate focus is on Giuliana's recovery, the future is always top of mind for Giuliana and Bill as they continue to dream of one day starting a family.

"Since day one of our marriage, Giuliana and I have welcomed Style into our lives, from traveling with us to Italy for our wedding, to following our struggles to conceive," said Bill Rancic. "In 2011, we faced our scariest obstacle yet when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, but as we start 2012, I am focused on living in the present. Bill and I look forward to this new year of opportunity and good health and can't wait to once again share our journey with the Style viewers," said Giuliana Rancic.

After announcing her fight against breast cancer in October 2011, Giuliana was overwhelmed with the outpouring of support from thousands of women and their families who have been touched by her personal story. As a result, Giuliana has teamed with Style to executive produce and star in a series of PSAs educating viewers on breast cancer awareness which is the latest chapter in the network's "Fight with Style" pro-social initiative set to kick-off in April.

The fourth season of "Giuliana & Bill" marked its most-watched season ever with an impressive 23% increase in total viewers and +11% in W18-49 over its prior season.
